Claims must be submitted before the product is installed or used.
A refund or return request may be initiated only when a product has a fault, does not fit the confirmed motorcycle application, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the shipping invoice.
The issue must be reported immediately after delivery, before installing or using the product, and no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
Products may be returned only after Sparrowteck Performance reviews and approves the claim. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
