Hardening
Using one of the most advanced technologies for gearing, we have our home-cooked die to fit our sprockets to ensure the perfect hardening.
Finishing
Grinding, scratching, and polishing—we do everything possible to make it scratchless and perfectly smooth.
Electroplating
A perfect finish comes from electroplating. For scratch and rust resistance, we ensure perfect quality acid to add that extra life to our pretty-looking gears.
Engraving
Obviously, it's us with our branding, but we also engrave customer names, Instagram, or YouTube channels as per your wish. You aren't just ordering a common sprocket, and you aren't just a common customer to us.
