Fitment Is the Customer's Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the sprocket, ratio, and selected fitment are suitable for their motorcycle. Sparrowteck Performance strongly recommends selecting the correct year, brand, model, and submodel before ordering.

Orders placed for a specific non-stock fitment will be fulfilled on the understanding that the customer will make any appropriate modifications. An improper sprocket or ratio may cause serious vehicle or engine damage. Contact Sparrowteck Performance support before ordering whenever fitment is uncertain.

Products and Pricing

Products, services, specifications, prices, and availability may change without notice. Sparrowteck Performance may modify, suspend, discontinue, decline, or cancel a product or order before acceptance, including where information or pricing is incorrect.

Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and transport costs unless stated otherwise. International customers are responsible for destination-country taxes and duties. Customers should conduct their own price and product comparisons before purchasing.

Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay the product price applicable when the order is submitted, selected shipping costs, and applicable taxes or governmental charges. Orders are manufactured and sold against advance payment unless Sparrowteck Performance confirms a different arrangement in writing.

Accepted methods may include credit or debit card, UPI services, and bank transfer. Payments must be made without deduction for transfer, card, or processing fees. Payments are non-refundable except where these terms expressly provide otherwise.

Orders

Orders may be submitted through the website or approved Sparrowteck Performance communication channels. An order confirmation does not itself confirm acceptance. Sparrowteck Performance may request additional verification or decline or cancel an order before shipment.

Custom-made orders cannot be refunded, replaced, changed, or cancelled after manufacturing begins. Production may be delayed by raw-material availability, vendors, or environmental conditions. Sparrowteck Performance accepts responsibility for refunding an order delayed beyond 45 days from the order date, subject to the applicable order circumstances.

Product Availability

Customers should confirm availability when requesting a quotation or confirming an order. Products unavailable from stock will be manufactured according to the agreed order process.

Customers may cancel when products are delivered more than ten weeks after the agreed delivery time, except where force majeure or unforeseen obstacles such as natural disasters, fire, transport issues, or raw-material shortages extend the schedule.

Delivery and Acceptance

Delivery dates are estimates. Sparrowteck Performance may deliver multi-item orders in instalments and will provide shipment information when available. Unless written instructions are provided, Sparrowteck Performance will select an appropriate courier or delivery method.

International taxes and customs duties are borne by the customer. Customers must inspect packaging and products on receipt and immediately report shortages, damage, or discrepancies. Sparrowteck Performance will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery schedules but is not responsible for courier delays or resulting damage.

Return Policy

A return or refund claim may be initiated only where a product is faulty, has a manufacturing defect, does not fit the confirmed application, or does not match the shipping invoice. Claims must be reported immediately after delivery, before installation or use, and no later than 30 days after delivery, with a copy of the invoice.

Products may be returned only after Sparrowteck Performance reviews and approves the claim. Customers pay return shipping. Products must be carefully packed in their original box, include all accessories, and have undamaged serial numbers, stickers, prints, and branding.

Approved returns must be sent to Abhishek Pardeshi, Hinglaj Bunglow, CIDCO, Indra Nagari, Nashik, Maharashtra, India 422008. Sparrowteck Performance may refuse unauthorized or non-compliant returns and may, at its discretion, provide a refund, discount, or credit where all requirements are met.

Warranty Policy

Sparrowteck Performance warrants that a sprocket will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal intended use for 30 days or 4,000 km from retail purchase. A claim requires visual inspection and the original sales receipt. Replacement is at Sparrowteck Performance's sole discretion and excludes removal, shipping, installation, and reinstallation costs.

Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, abnormal use, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, accidents, road conditions, racing, improper vehicle use, or force majeure. Customers must follow all supplied installation and maintenance guidance. Use of unapproved accessories or adapters voids the warranty.

Crash Replacement Policy

Competition, downhill racing, stunt riding, severe conditions, and heavy loads place additional stress on motorcycle parts and are not covered by the standard warranty.

For eligible crash-damaged products, Sparrowteck Performance may offer a replacement at 30% below the then-current retail price. Approval is at Sparrowteck Performance's discretion and requires a return authorization, prepaid shipment of the damaged product, contact details, and the original dated invoice.

Limited Warranty and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparrowteck Performance and its staff are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, personal-injury, property, or economic damages arising from product use.

Website fitment information is provided without an express or implied guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for an individual customer's needs. Motorcycle components must be installed by a qualified professional using appropriate manuals, tools, and technical skills.

Modification of Vehicles

Customers are responsible for confirming whether a modified motorcycle complies with the laws and technical regulations of the country where it will be used. Before riding a modified motorcycle on public roads, the owner should obtain any required inspection, approval, or homologation.

Account Creation

Customers may register an account to access website features and purchase products. Registration information must be truthful, accurate, maintained, and lawful. Anyone registering for a company represents that they have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Customers may request account deactivation through support. Sparrowteck Performance may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary.

Account Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining account and password confidentiality and for all purchases, website use, and correspondence associated with their account. Unauthorized access or suspected security breaches must be reported immediately.

Sparrowteck Performance may suspend service or permanently delete a terminated account and associated data. Customers must keep contact and billing information complete and accurate.

Advertising

Customers and dealers must not imply that they act on behalf of Sparrowteck Performance or use Sparrowteck Performance branding without prior written approval. All proprietary rights, trademarks, brand assets, and intellectual property must be respected.

Accounts or advertising that promote physical harm, hateful content, harassment, intimidation, abuse, or discrimination may be warned, suspended, or terminated.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, images, photographs, files, videos, sounds, animations, logos, and emblems are owned by Sparrowteck Performance or used with authorization and are protected by copyright and intellectual-property law.

Reproduction, manipulation, translation, commercial distribution, or other use requires explicit prior written consent. Approved materials must remain unaltered and include appropriate source and rights acknowledgements.

Controversy and Applicable Law

Customers are invited to report errors and ask questions about these terms. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the customer and Sparrowteck Performance, it will be governed by the applicable law stated in the original terms of sale.

Changes to Terms

Sparrowteck Performance may update, change, or replace these terms at its discretion. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version available on the website. Purchase-order clauses that conflict with or add to these terms may be refused.
